Platform status. blingkaching.co is operated by Société des loteries du Québec (Loto-Québec) as part of its online gaming activities in Québec. Loto-Québec conducts and administers lottery schemes in accordance with the Act respecting the Société des loteries du Québec (CQLR, c. S-13.1).
